Quick Overview

We’re your supplier and logistics partner for construction materials. We source products from manufacturers and get them to you efficiently through our warehouse network in Cavite and Valenzuela.


1. Who We Are

Tiles and Home Essentials operates as an independent supplier serving Metro Manila, Cavite, and surrounding areas. We handle inventory management, order consolidation, and delivery coordination.

Important: We’re not in a partnership or agency relationship with manufacturers—we’re your go-between to make sourcing easier.


2. Orders & Pricing

How It Works

  • All orders depend on what’s in stock at our warehouses
  • Price quotes are valid for 7 days
  • We may need to adjust prices or decline orders if there are stock issues, pricing errors, or credit concerns (we’ll let you know right away)

Large or Custom Orders

  • May require a non-refundable deposit
  • Expect longer lead times (we’ll confirm timing for each order)

3. Delivery

What to Expect

  • Delivery times are estimates based on stock and your location
  • Third-party logistics partners may cause delays
  • You pay for shipping unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing

When Products Arrive

  • Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery
  • Critical: Inspect everything carefully and note any damage, shortages, or issues on the delivery receipt before signing
  • If you don’t note problems on the receipt, it may be harder to file a claim later

4. Returns & Warranties

Returns Policy

  • Only accepted for defective or damaged products
  • Report damage or shortages within 3 business days of delivery
  • All returns need our approval and the manufacturer’s approval
  • Restocking fees may apply (we’ll tell you the amount upfront)

Warranties

  • Products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty
  • We’ll help you with warranty claims, but the manufacturer makes final decisions
  • Hidden defects follow the manufacturer’s warranty timeline

5. Marketing & Product Info

  • We use manufacturer brands and images for promotions following standard guidelines
  • Product photos are for reference—actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly

6. Our Liability Limits

What We’re Responsible For

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question
  • We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or project delays

Force Majeure (Things Beyond Our Control)

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or terrorism
  • Government actions
  • Supplier shortages

If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and extend delivery timelines reasonably.


7. Your Privacy Matters

We collect business contact info only for orders, logistics, and business communication. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

  • Your data won’t be shared with unrelated third parties without consent
  • Exception: We share with logistics partners for delivery and as required by law

8. Resolving Disputes

Our Approach

  1. Let’s talk it out first
  2. If needed, we’ll go to arbitration in Indang, Cavite under RA 9285
  3. If litigation is unavoidable, courts in Indang, Cavite have jurisdiction

Governed by Philippine law


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms anytime. The latest version will always be on our website. Continuing to do business with us means you accept any updates.
