Getting StaRted

What We Need

Keeping things current

We might use third-party services to verify your documents – this just helps us keep the community trustworthy.

Important: If anything changes with your business (new address, management changes, corporate updates), please let us know within 15 days. It helps us serve you better!

Let's Keep it HONEST

We need to be upfront about this: submitting fake, misleading, or outdated documents is a dealbreaker. It would mean immediate termination of your membership, forfeiture of all fees and benefits, and we’d be obligated to take appropriate legal action. Let’s avoid all that and keep things transparent from day one!

Easy Payment Methods

Bank Transfer
G Cash Payments
Cash On Delivery

How it works

Payment Method

Keep your account healthy

  • Invoices are due within the terms stated on each invoice
  • If payment is 15 days late, we’ll have to temporarily pause your membership benefits and discounts until you’re caught up

  • Late payments accrue interest at 12% per annum (that’s the legal rate under BSP Circular No. 905)

We get it – cash flow can be tricky sometimes. Just reach out to us before you’re late, and we’ll see how we can work together.

returns & Exchange:

For Defective Products: Your rights under the Philippine Consumer Act (R.A. 7394) always apply. If something’s genuinely defective (not just buyer’s remorse), file a claim within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

For Custom Orders: Custom-made items, cut-to-size materials, and special orders are final sale – we can’t take them back unless there’s a manufacturing defect that makes them unusable. These are made specifically for your project, so please double-check your specs before confirming!

Delivery that works for you

  • Free delivery kicks in when your single invoice hits ₱50,000

  • Ultra-local delivery (within 10km of our warehouse) is free when you meet the minimum

  • We’ll always give you 30 days’ notice if delivery zones or fees need to change

Show off your membership

Once you’re a member in good standing, you can proudly use the title “Member of the Tiles and Homes Essential Collective Foundation” in your marketing. We’ll share our brand usage guidelines so everything looks professional and consistent.

tax Responsibilities

As a registered business entity, you’re responsible for withholding the correct Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) from payments to us and remitting it to the BIR. Don’t forget to give us that BIR Form 2307!

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

We take your data seriously and fully comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). Here’s the deal:

  • We only use your information for verification, fulfilling orders, and keeping you updated about your membership
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data (subject to our legitimate business needs and legal obligations)
  • We won’t sell your information or use it for anything sketchy

All electronic orders, records, and digital signatures are valid and binding under the E-Commerce Act of 2000 (R.A. 8792).

Your Application Checklist

  • Operate with integrity – be professional, honest, and keep confidential information confidential

  • Play fair – no client poaching or misrepresenting your relationship with us

  • Use your member badge responsibly – only while you’re an active member in good standing

  • Take responsibility for your own work – we’re here to support you, but you’re accountable for your professional work, contracts with your clients, and compliance with building codes

In return, we promise to support you, honor our commitments, and treat you as the valued professional you are.

OUR CODE OF ETHICS

Let's Build Trust Together

Using our Brand: You are license!

We’re giving you permission to use our logos and the “Member of” designation in your marketing, especially when co-branding projects. We’ll provide brand guidelines to keep everything looking sharp.

Please don't...

Don’t register any trademark, domain name, or social media handle that’s identical or confusingly similar to our brand. Let’s keep things clear and avoid confusion in the market.

If ever we need to part ways: The Friendly Break up

  • Either of us can end this partnership by giving 30 days’ written notice. No hard feelings – business situations change!

  • You agree to protect and defend us (the Foundation, our directors, officers, and team) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

    • Misuse of membership benefits

    • Breach of this agreement

This protection continues even after the membership ends.

We might need to update things

We may amend these terms (including benefits and fees) by giving you 30 days’ notice via email or through our member portal. We’ll only do this when necessary to keep the program sustainable and fair for everyone.

THe not-so -friendly breakup

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the membership if there’s:

  • Fraud or dishonesty
  • Serious violation of our ethics code, verification requirements, or brand usage rules
