SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION FEES

Our shipping fees are calculated based on several factors to ensure fair and accurate pricing for our local customers in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Metro Manila.

  • Product Weight & Dimensions – Tiles and large home essentials are heavy and require specialized handling.

  • Delivery Location – Your specific barangay, city, or province determines the shipping zone and cost from our Silang, Cavite warehouse.

  • Order Value – We offer FREE DELIVERY for qualified orders within our main service areas.

  • Delivery Method – Standard home delivery or scheduled pick-up at our store.

Tiles & Heavy Items: Due to the fragile and heavy nature of tiles, these items are delivered via our specialized local freight partners. Transportation fees are transparent and may include:

  • Protective packaging and crading to prevent breakage.

  • Curbside delivery to your home or project site.

  • Residential delivery surcharges for hard-to-access areas (e.g., narrow streets).

  • Handling fees for oversized or exceptionally heavy pallets.

Home Essentials: Smaller items (like tools, fixtures, and accessories) are delivered via our partner couriers (Lalamove, Grab, J&T, etc.) with rates calculated by package size and your exact location.

Billing & Delivery Process:

  • For in-store pick-up, your order will be ready within 24 hours. We will SMS or call you for confirmation.

  • For delivery, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout for most areas.

  • For large tile orders and freight delivery to provinces, we will contact you with a final shipping quote via SMS or a phone call within a few hours.

  • No hidden fees – all transportation costs are disclosed and confirmed with you before your order is finalized and dispatched.
